• To help passengers in baggage wrapping and helping them with their travel documents
• To promote and sell products like SIM cards, Transport cards, Wi-Fi routers and Attraction vouchers
• To do stock checks to ensure stocks quantity tallies and arrange for replenishment when required
• To assist customers in booking/reservation on transport
• To engage in Meet and Greet services, if required.

Requirements:

• Min. N level or equivalent with relevant experience in Retail industry
• Good interpersonal and communication skill
• Customer-oriented and self-driven
