Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive at Lim Kim Hai Electric Co (S) Pte Ltd in Singapore. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for HR management, HR operations, employee relations, HR policies, and overall human resources functions for another subsidiary company (located at hill view) for 50 headcount. They will handle day-to-day HR tasks and collaborate with various departments to ensure effective HR practices and policies are in place.
* Administer and execute the full spectrum of HR and Administration process
* Maintain and update employee’s records such as salary adjustment, biodata
* Payroll Administration and leave system. (CPF submission, Tax clearance)
* Handle recruitment process include sourcing, filtering, arrange interview, offering candidate.
* Apply / renew / cancellation of the relevant work passes for foreign workers
* Handle employees’ enquiries on staff benefits and schemes, employment certification, etc
* Insurance claims for medical and work injury incidents
* Medical claims/ insurance claims/ allowance claims.
* Perform recruitment activities to ensure right candidates are selected
* Liase with stakeholders and arrange company introduction programm and exit interviews
* Coordinate and consolidate bi-annually performance appraisal exercise to evaluate employees’ performance
* Administer and monitor claims (eg. Transport, entertainment, telecommunication, etc.)
* Training registration and training grant application
* Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
What we are looking for in you:
• Minimum Diploma in any field. (Candidates specializing in HR will have an advantage)
• At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• A team player with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and enjoy challenges
• Able to exhibit a high level of confidentiality with a keen sense of ethics
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and payroll software
• General knowledge of various employment laws and practices will be a plus
