Requirement:

• Possess a minimum of NiTEC or certificate in Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent
• Preferably with at least 2 years experience in related field

Job Responsibilities:

Programme & Event Coordination

• Support and conduct needs assessment with key stakeholders
• Support in planning, coordinating and executing assigned events and/or activities
• Develop information and/or publicity materials for distribution to key stakeholders
• Ensure adherence and implementation of quality control and compliance procedures
• Maintain organised records on progress of assigned events and/or activities
• Identify areas of improvements in programme and event management

Resource Management

• Take stock of programme resources (hardware and software) and provide updates to supervisor
• Source, guide and coordinate volunteers/vendors in executing assigned events and/or activities

Stakeholder Relations

• Coordinate with internal and external agencies for the execution of assigned events and/or activities
• Manage communications and feedback from stakeholders
• Support outreach activities to targeted client group/s, other organisations and the community
• Support the development of community outreach plan with the Caregivers Support Services team

Period:

• 4 Months Contract

Location:

• Hybrid, either work at hot desk location, WFH or at event venue

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm

Salary:

• Up to $3000

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and deadline-driven environment.
