The Digital Supply Chain Assistant reports to the Director, as the essential point of contact between the existing & potential customers and our China purchasing team. This position will have complete training & guidance, a competitive salary, and better promotional possibilities.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the maintenance of digital supply chain tools -- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

2. Collect, clean, and organize supply chain data for analysis and reporting, and ensure data accuracy and integrity.

3. Coordinate with logistics providers to optimize shipping schedules, and ensure all transactions and records are updated.

4. Identify opportunities to enhance supply chain processes, stay updated on trends and advancements in digital supply chain management.

5. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.

Responsibilities:

• Check tender documents for completeness and update tender amendment and corrigendum.
• Check for discrepancy and raise tender query.
• Perform measurements and prepare Bills of Quantities
• Prepare and compilation for tender submission including calling of quotations, pricing, compilation of PQM, post tender questionnaires
• Prepare project budget and cashflow
• Calling of subcontract quotations, preparation of cost comparison, reports, negotiation, recommendation to award and preparation of subcontract agreement
• Liaise with consultants and clients for monthly progress claim and monitor against cash flow projection
• Evaluation of subcontractor’s claim and certification of payment.
• Track and submit variation orders, liaise with consultants for assessment
• Liaise and negotiate with consultants and client for finalization of accounts
• Any ad-hoc duties assigned by the Contract Manager & management.

Requirements:

• Degree/ Diploma in Building/ Quantity Surveying
• 3 years relevant experience
• Able to work independently
• Team player with Positive learning and Positive working attitude
• Able to work under tight deadline with less supervision

Responsibilities

Requirements

· Bachelor or higher degree in Computer Science or IT.

· Proven track record of successful project/product implementation with minimal 15 years of software development experience

· Minimum 3 years’ experience with Microservices, Event driven architecture

· Minimum 10 years’ experience developing backends or APIs on Spring Framework

· Good OO-skills. Must demonstrate strong familiarity of design patterns

· Strong knowledge of REST, JSON, XML, WSDL, ODATA

· Experience in SQL and NoSQL Database design, preferably with Oracle

· Experience in API Management and API Documentation

· Proficient with TDD, MVVM, SOLID principals

· Strong communication skills, for collaborating across different stakeholders

· Self-starter with strong sense of project ownership, able to work through deadlines and meet time constraints

· Lead workshops and serve as technical lead for project delivery
