Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a subject matter expert on financial technology regulations (e.g., MAS TRMG, CSA CCOP, PDPA, ABS). Provide consultation on the adoption of controls in technology-related policies, standards, and checklists for the organization and its subsidiaries.
• Conduct technology risk assessments, including control testing, deviation reports against IT policies, vendor due diligence, and data loss prevention (DLP) alerts. Propose risk treatment recommendations and provide guidance on escalation topics to the Technology Risk Committee.
• Lead technology-related audit engagements for external audits, ensuring successful and timely completion of statutory financial, system, cybersecurity, and shared revenue audits with minimal disruption to business-as-usual operations.
• Perform control testing, vendor evaluations, gap assessments, audit remediation, and tracking of high-profile vulnerabilities. Deliver training and share knowledge on cloud technology risks and Shadow IT management.
• Monitor and respond to emerging cyber threats for subsidiaries, acting as a liaison between headquarters and subsidiaries for technology matters or incidents.
• Coordinate and draft technology responses for external communications, including client due diligence, technology insurance assessments, and business continuity management (BCM) queries.
• Support ad-hoc duties, including acting as BCP Coordinator, DLP Champion, reviewing technology-related contract clauses, and drafting RFPs to align with regulatory requirements. Participate in vendor selection for audits and technology procurement.

• Proactively identify and mitigate technology risks to enhance organizational resilience.
• Build effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external auditors, fostering a culture of preparedness and compliance.
• Maintain and elevate the organization's reputation for excellence in technology governance and risk management.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced certifications in technology risk, cybersecurity, or audit (e.g., CISA, CISSP, CRISC) are advantageous.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in technology risk management, audit, or compliance roles, with demonstrated expertise in regulatory frameworks and control validation.
• In-depth knowledge of technology regulations in Singapore and India, as well as industry best practices (e.g., Centre for Internet Security, Cloud Security Alliance).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical information for diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, regulatory-driven environment.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to collaborate across functions and geographies.
