• Over 5years of experience in overseas recruitment or human resource management, with experience in multinational companies preferred.
• Familiarity with the international recruitment market and talent trends, including strong market insight.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
