Ensuring that all security staff are trained on policies and procedures including conflict resolution techniques

· Maintaining good relationships with local law enforcement agencies to ensure they can be called upon in case of an emergency

· Interviewing potential employees to determine whether they have the right qualifications and experience for the job

· Ensuring that nightclub security personnel are trained in conflict resolution methods and laws regarding the use of force

· Overseeing the financial operations of the nightclub to ensure compliance with industry standards

· Determining the number of employees needed to run the business efficiently and effectively

· Coordinating the entertainment schedule with the DJ and other staff members, such as security guards or event coordinators

· Overseeing the hiring process for new employees to ensure that they meet all requirements

· Discussing any concerns patrons might have with security staff and resolving issues if possible

Provide comprehensive logistical support during the conduct of school camps at the Outdoor Adventure Learning Centre (OALC), including but not limited to: o Assisting in the setup and arrangement of camp facilities, ensuring they are conducive for the camp activities.

Coordinating with camp facilitators and staff to facilitate smooth operations and address any logistical needs that may arise during the camp.

Overseeing the distribution and collection of camp equipment and supplies, ensuring their proper usage and storage.

Assisting in the management of emergency response procedures and ensuring the safety and well-being of camp participants.

Provide support in restoring OALC facilities back to their original state in readiness for the upcoming camp, including but not limited to:

Conducting thorough checks and maintenance of camp equipment, reporting any issues for timely repair or replacement.

Collaborating with the maintenance team to ensure cleanliness, functionality, and readiness of camp facilities for the next camp.

Support camp operations, including but not limited to:

Assisting in the setup and arrangement of sleeping quarters, dining areas, and activity spaces to meet the specific requirements of each camp.

Collaborating with the meal caterer to facilitate the provision of meals and snacks for camp participants, ensuring dietary requirements and food safety standards are met.

Assisting in the breakdown and storage of camp equipment and supplies at the conclusion of each camp, ensuring proper inventory and organization for future use.

Assist in general administration work.

Proficient in organizing items for housekeeping matters, ensuring cleanliness and orderliness of camp facilities, including:

Managing the distribution and collection of bedding, towels, and personal items for camp participants.

Coordinating the disposal of waste and maintaining cleanliness in common areas and facilities.

Assisting in the setup and arrangement of equipment for camp activities, ensuring they are accessible and in good condition.

Strong ability to collaborate with others and communicate clearly, including: Working effectively with camp staff and facilitators to address logistical needs and ensure the smooth execution of camp activities.

Communicating with camp participants to provide guidance, support, and assistance as needed, fostering a positive and inclusive camp experience for all.

Requirements

· Candidate should preferably have relevant qualification in electrical / mechanical or other related engineering field

· Technically based and have experience working in Construction sites.

· At least 1 to 2 Year(s) of working experience in the construction industry.

· Preferably have prior experience supervising a team of workers

· Preferably have experience with scheduling of work and planning duty roster

· Able to lead, plan, coordinate, communicate with relevant site stakeholders to execute work

· Must possess class 3 drivinglicense

• To control the food cost and the consistency of quality and quantity of food served
• Assists in the implementation of annual promotion plan and menu change cycle
• Assists in maintaining standards of hygiene and cleanliness in all kitchen and related areas
• Co-ordinates with Assistant F&B Manager in ensuring that operations functions are efficient and timely
• Recommend and organize proper and systematic storage of food items in the kitchen
• Prepares duty rosters schedules vacation and public holidays accordingly
• Competent with health, safety, and other emergency procedures
• Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by the Executive Sous Chef / Executive Chef

• Current Junior Sous Chef or Sous Chef with Italian Cuisine Experience
• Basic knowledge of MS office
