You will oversee the entire cycle of the candidate management process as a Recruitment Specialist such as headhunting talents with the domain knowledge and technical skills, conducting interviews, and guiding them on the interviewing process. You will also perform account management duties by communicating with clients to understand hiring needs and provide professional consultation on employment market and practices to both clients and jobseekers.

Responsibilities:

• Match Candidates: Gather essential information to assess if candidates align with job descriptions and their resumes.
• Understand Client Needs: Grasp clients’ requirements and unique selling propositions (USPs) to attract candidates to roles and companies.
• Evaluate Candidates: Review resumes, cover letters, and interview performance to accurately profile candidates before presenting them to clients.
• Innovate Hiring Strategies: Stay updated on industry trends to propose fresh hiring ideas to clients.
• Create Urgency: Foster a sense of urgency to ensure successful hires for clients.
• Attract Candidates: Utilize diverse outlets like job postings and social media to effectively target suitable candidates.
