Candidate Management

• Creating a strategy in sourcing for candidates.
• Compile candidates’ reports and summarize data gathered to ensure absolute accuracy.
• Interact and assess applicants with pre-determined criteria to determine their potential suitability for the job.
• Conduct general interview with job seekers to create a pool of candidates ready to fill vacancies.
• Manage candidates’ expectations and ensure that they are realistic as well as provide advice whenever necessary.
• Providing candidates with tips and advice on their CVs and interview technique.
• Verbally reject unsuitable candidates and evaluate them for other job opportunities.
• Maintaining regular contact with candidates to ensure strong relationship.
• Arrange interviews for candidates with clients and follow up with candidates after the interview process with the client.
• Establish and maintaining a constant pool of candidates through sourcing.
• Administer Letter of Appointment with candidates, where applicable.

Systems and Operations

• Adhere to all administrative procedures
• Complete assigned administrative work.
• Periodically update all relevant job postings.
• Check and ensure that all reports and documents are accurate and updated.
• Coordinate information between client and candidate whenever necessary.
• Ensure that candidates’ database is kept accurate and up to date.
• Maintain a record of all contacts with clients, candidates and scheduled meetings.

• Manage and develop own and/or team (for management roles) performance.
• Provide and accept feedback positively.
• Support and assist with implementation of team decision.
• Proactive in achieving overall objectives.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with all team members.
• Active participant in all team and company’s related activities and meetings.

Requirements

• CEI (basic, non-FDW) preferred
• Minimum Diploma Holders
• Entry level/experienced welcome
• Possesses a stable work history
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced, sales environment
• Sales-oriented & resilient
• Fluency in spoken and written English

Basic Salary: Up to $9,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:

· Planning and Scheduling: Coordinate with project managers and clients to plan installation schedules, taking into account resource availability, project timelines, and customer requirements.

· Team Management: Lead and supervise installation teams, including technicians, contractors, and subcontractors, assigning tasks, providing training, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.

· Site Preparation: Coordinate site visits to assess installation requirements, including site layout, equipment placement, and logistics for materials delivery.

· Resource Allocation: Manage resources such as equipment, materials, and personnel to ensure smooth and timely installation processes.

· Quality Control: Implement quality assurance measures to ensure installations meet company standards and customer expectations, conducting inspections and resolving any issues or deficiencies.

· Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards throughout the installation process, promoting a culture of safety among installation teams.

· Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, providing regular updates on installation progress, addressing concerns, and resolving conflicts as needed.

· Problem-solving: Identify and address challenges or obstacles that may arise during installation, developing solutions and making decisions to keep projects on track.

· Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of installation activities, including documentation of materials used, work performed, and any deviations from the original plan. Prepare reports for project managers and clients as required.

· Customer Satisfaction: Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering installations that meet or exceed expectations, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally

Job Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or other relevant disciplines.

· Minimum 5 years of experience in installation management.

· Experience in installation tools and equipment

· Proven track record of successfully managing installation projects.

Responsibilities:

1. Scheduling and assigning specific duties/roles to cleaners and also ensuring that they are carried out expertly.

2. Knowledge of operating cleaning machines, scrubbers, hi-jet, etc, and able to provide training to cleaners on how to use cleaning machines.

3. Assist Operations Manager on the establishment of cleaning standards and procedures for cleaners and ensure adherence to these standards and procedures.

4. Be the first contact person to complaints and ensure customers' satisfaction

5. Controlling and monitoring the usage of cleaning materials so as to avoid or minimize waste and/or misuse

6. Any other duties assigned by Manager and Clients

Requirements:

1. Able to work midnight shift

2. Able to Standby 24x7, Must be able to report for work on short notice at times.

3. Able to work OT including weekends and public holidays.

4. Able to work in islandwide locations, and able to go to multiple locations daily.

5. Excellent customer service skills and able to interact well with clients

6. At least 1 year’s experience in similar role in cleaning sector
