Roles & Responsibilities

Reporting to the Alumni Relations team, this intern is responsible in supporting the Alumni Relations data entry.

Key accountabilities include:

• Support data cleaning and management process (e.g. keeping Alumni data up to date including alumni and prospect basic information, speakers list etc.)

• Clean database of alumni so staff can view and search alumni, speakers, and contact information through Zoho platform.

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for the provision of pharmaceutical care at the outpatient pharmacy. Your duties include counselling and dispensing of medication, teaching and providing information on medication to patients, their caregivers and other healthcare workers as well as assist them in the administration of medication. You will also need to help identify, resolve and prevent medication-related problems and ensure accurate and timely distribution of pharmaceutical items. In addition, you will be required to participate in corporate quality improvement projects.

Requirements:

• Degree in Pharmacy or equivalent, recognised by the Singapore Pharmacy Board for registration
• Relevant experience in a hospital setting environment will be advantageous but not essential as on-the-job training will be provided
• Candidates with experience will be appointed at a senior level
