- Identify growth opportunities across multiple markets and create tailored sales plans to capture them.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to stay ahead of industry developments.
2. Franchise Partnership Development:
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with franchise partners to drive sales growth.
- Develop and implement sales initiatives, promotional campaigns, and training programs to support franchisees.
- Collaborate with franchise partners to align on goals, address challenges, and optimize their sales performance.
3. B2B Sales Growth:
- Build and expand partnerships with key business clients, distributors, and corporate accounts.
- Develop customized sales proposals and negotiate contracts to secure long-term B2B relationships.
- Leverage networking, industry events, and targeted outreach to identify and engage potential business clients.
4. B2C Sales Optimization:
- Oversee direct-to-consumer sales channels, including e-commerce, retail, and direct sales initiatives.
- Work closely with marketing teams to design and execute campaigns that drive consumer engagement and revenue.
- Utilize customer feedback and sales data to refine strategies and enhance the consumer experience.
5. Team Leadership and Collaboration:
- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.

6. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

Qualifications:
- Proven Experience: At least 10+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, with expertise in franchise partnerships, B2B, and B2C sales.
- Strong Track Record: Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets across diverse channels.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with industries such as retail, food & beverage, hospitality, or other franchised businesses.
- Leadership Skills: Exceptional ability to lead, motivate, and develop sales teams.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in sales analytics, CRM tools, and data-driven decision-making.
- Communication: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skill
