• Customer support and help customers analyse and solve problems and bottlenecks in customer AI systems and applications

Requirements:

• 20+ years of experience in optimizing system design, complexity analysis, software design in Unix/Linux systems, performance, and application issues
• Very familiar with AI model training, reasoning and tuning, and has very rich practical experience
• Be familiar with AI-related hardware and development trends, and keep up with hardware development trends
• Familiar with Kubernetes and have extensive practical
• Rich experience in data processing and big data related industries
• Strong verbal and written communication and teamwork skills
• Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin) to communicate with local customers and teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform confidently in front of live crowds to enhance the overall entertainment experience.
• Coordinate additional practice sessions with band members to achieve top-notch musical quality.
• Deliver live singing performances that captivate and entertain the audience.
• Handle song requests from guests and pass on special requests to the service team when necessary.
• Collaborate with fellow performers to arrange costumes and props for shows.
• Attend briefings to understand performance concepts and song selections.
• Take on any other tasks as assigned to support the performance or production.
• Locate and prepare the necessary sheet music for performances.
• Take part in themed stage shows and productions as required.
• Follow company guidelines and adhere to established policies and procedures.

Candidate Requirements:

• Must be experienced in performing with a live band.
• Confident in engaging with live audiences and handling requests in a professional manner.
• Familiarity with K-pop music is a valuable asset.
• Must be a lead singer with a strong repertoire in Mandarin Pop songs.
• Willingness to work late-night hours, including weekends (Saturday and Sunday shifts).
• Open to collaborating with other musicians and performers to ensure smooth and cohesive shows.
• At least 2 years of experience as a professional, full-time stage performer.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Organize and schedule sales meetings, both online and for overseas trips, as required.
• Provide assistance to the sales team in maintaining a network of contacts to support business growth.
• Manage invoicing processes for clients and the China sales channel.
• Ensure a high standard of customer service when communicating with clients via email, phone calls, or WeChat.
• Handle the renewal of existing client accounts within the China market.
• Support the sales team by managing documentation sent to and from China clients and sales partners.

Requirements:

• Must have a minimum of 2 years' full-time experience in a Sales Support role.
• Proficient in written and spoken Chinese for effective communication with clients and partners.
• Demonstrate initiative with strong follow-up skills to ensure tasks are completed promptly.
• Capable of working independently, with a self-motivated and flexible approach.
• Willingness to travel domestically when required, with the possibility of international travel in the future.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders daily to resolve issues, discuss client requirements, and find solutions.
• Possess excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
