• Manage simple troubleshooting for the gallery’s exhibits and infrastructure
• Liaise with other vendors and contractors to ensure that above daily duties are carried out properly;
• Attend the fire safety briefings, fire drills and handle incidents such as accidents with injury or illness, any acts of disturbance or violence and acts of mischief or vandalism in the gallery;
• Manage and schedule volunteers;
• Perform non-cash transactions for sales of merchandise, monitor stock levels, and conduct inventory counts; and
• Any other tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Good communication, adaptive reasoning and interpersonal skills;
• Meticulous, independent and service oriented;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office;
• Relevant customer service experience;
• Presentably attired in office wear.
• Basic knowledge of the exhibit content and be familiar with the gallery layout.
• Be familiar with organisation’s bizSAFE documents such as Risk Assessments, Safe Work Procedures, fire escape routes and fire emergency procedures

The Opportunity

• 5 minutes from MRT
• Be prepared to work on weekend and public holidays
• Off on Monday (unless it is a public holiday)
• 8.15 am to 6.15 pm (10 hours inclusive 1 hour lunch break)
• 4-day work shift (@36 hours work-week including 4 x 1 hour lunch break per day)

You will work with another HR Executive in handling full spectrum of HR operations and HR administration duties, which include but not limited to:

• onboarding
• work pass related matters
• claims reimbursement & leave records
• monthly attendance & payroll closing
• incident reporting & insurance claim submission
• foreign worker accommodation
• MOM compliance
• staff training course registration
• staff benefits & welfare
• staff engagement
• other duties as assigned by the supervisor and management

Requirements:

• Meticulous & proactive
• Well organised
• Able to multi-task
• Proficient in MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
• Singaporean only
