We are seeking a meticulous and skilled Electrical Equipment Assembler to handle the assembly, installation, and maintenance of food waste recycling machines. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on expertise in assembling electrical and electronic components and a keen eye for detail to ensure equipment functionality and compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assembly

• Assemble and integrate electrical and electronic components for food waste recycling machines according to technical specifications and blueprints.
• Test and verify the functionality of assembled components to ensure proper operation.
• Perform quality checks on components and assemblies to meet company standards.

2. Installation and Setup

• Install electrical equipment and ensure proper wiring, grounding, and connectivity.
• Coordinate with the team to ensure timely and efficient installation at client sites.
• Conduct system checks and troubleshoot installation issues as needed.

3. Maintenance and Repair

• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on assembled equipment.
• Diagnose and repair faults or malfunctions in electrical components.
• Replace or upgrade components to ensure optimal performance.
• Assist the senior technician in general repair and maintenance.

4. Documentation and Reporting

• Maintain detailed records of assembly processes, test results, and maintenance activities.

Requirements
