What Will You Do
- Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute commercial strategies to achieve company goals. Identify new business opportunities and markets
- Market Expansion: Assist in expanding the company's business in Southeast Asia or other markets
- Sales & Revenue Growth: Lead sales teams to increase revenue. Set and track sales targets.
- Marketing & Brand Development: Oversee marketing campaigns to promote the company's products or services. Enhance brand visibility and market position.
- Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients. Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Team Leadership: Manage and support the commercial team. Set clear performance targets and ensure the team achieves them.
- Budget & Financial Management: Manage the commercial budget. Monitor financial performance and adjust strategies as needed.
What Do We Want
- More than 10 years in business development, sales, or related roles
- Experience in F&B / FoodTech / FMCG / Retail is desirable
- Experience in Southeast Asia or other international markets is highly advantageous.
- Deep understanding of market trends and organization services.
- Strong skills in identifying opportunities and trends.
- Proven ability to negotiate and close deals successfully.
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external clients, partners, and industry influencers.
- Track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and business goals.
- Familiarity with global and local markets where the organization operates.
- Will be required for business travel within the region responsible for.
