Location: Woodlands South MRT
Contract Type: 6-month contract (with potential for conversion to permanent) / Direct Perm
Working Hours: 5 days a week
Availability: Immediate

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for Nurses and Healthcare Assistants (HCA).
• Perform data entry for new hires and exit cases.
• Monitor contract renewals, confirmations, and competency assessments for nurses.
• Process work pass applications, renewals, and other necessary certifications.
• Provide administrative support for the cross-deployment of Nurses and HCA.
• Address queries from staff via walk-in, phone, and WhatsApp.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma holder.
• Experience in recruitment support is an advantage.

Additional Benefits:
