• Prepare and coordinate employee on-boarding/off-boarding process
• Administer staff attendance, leave benefits, staff welfare
• Assist in payroll preparation
• Process employees requests and provide relevant information
• Ensuring smooth office operations such as the replenishment of office supplies, building and facilities management
• Plan office engagement events (e.g. Christmas party) for team bonding
• Perform any other HR or administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

• At least 1-2 years of admin and support experience
• PC literacy and experience with MS Office applications
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Hands-on experience with HR software will be a plus
• Training will be provided

1. Analyze recruitment needs, plan and execute recruitment strategies to attract top candidates, and identify suitable candidates to align perfectly with our business requirements.
2. Familiar with work pass processes—application, issuance, renewal, and the occasional cancellation.
3. Arrange security bonds and dormitory for new and exisiting employees.
4. Knowledgeable in foreign embassy procedures, visa and passport renewals.
5. Arrange repatriation for our work pass holders.
6. Understand local employment laws and work-pass intricacies.
7. Administer Work Injury Compensation (WIC) claims, facilitate work-injury special pass applications and cancellations.
8. Familar with HRMS systems.
9. Manage Primary Care Plan for work-pass employees and assist with employee medical benefits.
10. Maintain personnel files and keep our HR network folders tidy.
11. Help management during the annual appraisal process.
12. Liaise with Training Centres to arrange courses.
13. Familiar with payroll administration.
14. Review and renew company insurance policies, licenses, and memberships.
15. Dive into our HR policies - provide suggestions and improvements

Job Description / Responsibilities:

1. Migration of LEARN platform
2. Migration of intranet to SharePoint 2.0
3. Creation of training modules via LEARN platform on HR-related policies to address misconceptions and common queries from staff.
4. Design of HR-related communication materials via our internal comms platforms (e.g. CHAMPS EDM on a weekly/monthly basis)
5. Curating and updating of HR-related contents on Intranet.
6. Administrative support for centralized trainings for officers (e.g. data up-keeping, collating of responses and consolidating information from various resources for better overview and tracking, updating of officers’ training records etc.)
7. Any other duties assigned

Requirement:

1. Proficient in English
2. Tech-Savvy and knows how to use Microsoft especially PowerPoint and Excel.
3. Preferably with digital design knowledge (e.g. using Canva) and has experience in creating e-learning contents using software such as Articulate Rise 360
