Requirements

The Integrative Adolescence Research Programme (IARP) initiative aims to understand the Singapore adolescents’ health through psychological well-being, aspects of physical health and environmental factors.

The successful candidate will

• Plan and coordinate the initiation of research study protocol, and the establishment of operating policies and procedures.
• Support research ethics board applications.
• Plan, implement, and maintain data collection in accordance to research protocol.
• Recruit, instruct, and coordinate research subjects and/or volunteers, as appropriate to specific study objectives and work scope.
• Ensure the smooth and efficient day-to-day operation of research and data collection activities.
• Work with participants across a range of settings (e.g., hospital, university research lab), and hours (e.g., some weekends and evenings)
• Support additional research and administrative duties (e.g., preparation of manuscripts for publication, conference presentations, purchases, grant reports)
• Monitor the progress of research activities; develops and maintains records of research activities, and prepares periodic and ad hoc reports, as required by investigators, administrators, funding agencies, and/or regulatory bodies.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• BSc degree in psychology, neuroscience, child development, biology or related fields.
• Proficiency in written and oral communication skills
• Team oriented, proactive, willing to learn, able to work independently, good communication skills and able to multi-task.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for employment & work permit related pass applications, cancellations, renewals and updates
• Registration of workers’ courses
• Submit claims and update claim record
• Assist in monthly payroll computation
• Provide administrative support to the Management
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

• Min Diploma and/or Degree in Business Administration/Human Resource Management
• Good working and learning attitude
