We are partnering with a prestigious educational institution that is dedicated to developing top-tier student-athletes. As the Assistant Director / Senior Manager of Human Resources, you will play a pivotal role in shaping HR functions at this dynamic and future-focused organization.
Reporting to the Director of Corporate Services, your scope will cover recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, payroll administration, and budgeting.
In this role, you will develop, implement, and review HR strategies and policies that support the institution’s broader objectives. You will also lead and inspire the HR team, ensuring efficient operations and providing professional growth opportunities for team members.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Core HR Functions: Oversee the recruitment, talent management, and employee development strategies.
- Drive HR Strategies: Ensure alignment with organizational goals, and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Provide Development Opportunities: Identify and facilitate professional growth for the HR team.
- Oversee Operations: Manage budgeting, payroll, and performance management processes.
- Ensure Compliance: Adhere to HR regulations, including the Singapore Employment Act and other statutory requirements.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in HR leadership roles, demonstrating capability in managing a full spectrum of HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee development, and strategic workforce planning.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Proactive, independent, and able to operate at both strategic and operational levels.
- Familiarity with HR laws and regulations in Singapore.
- Knowledge of HRIS systems and their implementation is a plus.
