Job Responsibilities

• Supervising clinic assistants in day-to-day operations of the Clinic to ensure a smooth and seamless delivery of services
• Co-ordinating patient appointments, clinic management meetings, meetings with third parties (e.g. suppliers)
• Managing stock levels of drugs, equipment and supplies in clinic and liaising with purchasing department for procurement
• Manage patient enquires including billing matters
• Perform clinic reception duties such as registration of patients, answering phone and email queries, scheduling of appointments, referrals and insurance claims
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by director

Job Requirements

• 2-4 years prior experience in a leadership position in a clinic/hospital setting
• Customer service-oriented, meticulous and conscientious personality
• Good communication skills required (phone and email)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Able to work independently in a dynamic environment with a passion for improving operations
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin and/or Malay will be advantageous
• Experience in Phlebotomy/Venipuncture will be advantageous
