Description of Division/Branch

The Regional Coordination Team under the Service Management Division (SMD) of KSL oversees service coordination and effective implementation of KidSTART programmes across the different regional clusters, and also oversees service management of Hospitals and cross-regional partners/stakeholders. The Team also spearheads, monitors and coordinates operational planning within SMD and across KidSTART Agencies (KSAs).

Key Responsibilities

1. Service Coordination

• Lead in the coordination and support of SMD’s Regional Teams as well as across the five KidSTART regions
• Oversee the planning, alignment, development and implementation of protocols across agencies, case planning and case allocations to SMD, KSAs and amongst practitioners
• Support and coordinate manpower planning, documentation, reports verification, SSNet Accounts, etc. to enhance service delivery
• Coordinate KidSTART operations across the regional teams and the implementing agencies
• Lead in the review and streamlining of work processes to improve service quality, accessibility and efficiency across KSL and KSAs
• Work with other KSL Divisions on KSL wide initiatives to support children from low-income families

2. Service Development

• Develop SMD’s Workplan, budget and operational planning to deliver the programme
• Oversee and follow up on operational requirements of the funding agreement with ECDA
• Develop workflows, processes, and SOPs to ensure consistent and quality KidSTART programme implementation
• Oversee manpower planning and projections and track caseloads and manpower deployment
• Gather, organise, interpret and report on operational datasets and insights from the data collated
• Strengthen programme delivery by implementing agencies

3. Competencies

• Strong administrative, facilitation & communication skills with a proven track record in programme management and building community partnerships
• At least 5 years’ working experience in the social service, non-profit or community sectors

Testing & Commissioning Manager

1. Job Description:

· Developing testing & commissioning plans and procedures for SCADA systems

· Conducting site visits to ensure that SCADA systems are installed according to design specifications

· Conducting testing to ensure that the system is functioning safely and efficiently

· Identifying and resolving issues that may arise during the commissioning process.

· Lead and develop the respective ownership of all activities pertaining to commissioning which will involve partial oversight of project engineers and site supervisors as it pertains to commissioning scope.

· Review and acknowledge/approve on all project documents including design drawings, equipment submittal, specifications, quality control plan and understand project requirements pertaining to start-up and commissioning compliances

Description of Department

You will be part of the KidSTART Capability Development Branch, tasked to oversee and coordinate capability building strategies in the sector. The Branch ensures the delivery of specialised training programmes for KidSTART practitioners (KSPs) and volunteers. Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced SAP Utilities Consultant with a strong background in Energy Data Management (EDM) and Device Management (DM) within the SAP for Utilities ecosystem. The ideal candidate will contribute to the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP-based solutions for utility companies.

Qualifications:

Description of Division/Branch

The Partnership team oversees the engagement with corporate partners. This involves planning and reviewing of donations, volunteer management and partnership plans.

The role will be responsible for supporting the Partnerships team looking into donations, sustaining of partnerships, related initiatives and engagements, overseeing corporate volunteers and administrative matters.

Responsibilities

Partnership efforts

• Support the Partner Account leads on the administrative execution of the partnerships and related engagements.
• Support all partnership events & initiatives through procurement, liaison of vendors, coordination of logistics and administrative work.
• Support in the collation & coordination of information for partners.
• Support in execution and implementation of events, family day outs, distribution, workshops and impact assessments where needed.
• Support in reporting related to partner related activities, collation of beneficiaries’ participation, pictures and feedback.
• Liaison with internal teams on communication about Partnership related activations

Volunteer management

• Support and facilitate the recruitment and call outs for corporate volunteers in relation to the different KidSTART community led programme needs and corporate initiatives as well as other volunteer-related administrative work pertaining to the corporate initiative (e.g., volunteer engagement, awarding of volunteer hours, certificates/letter).
• Support the suitability assessment of all volunteers prior to deployment.

Reporting & Administrative efforts

• Work on feedback surveys, putting together data for presentations and post-event/engagement reports.
• Work with Comms team to update information on Partnerships on the various KidSTART Comms channels (website, socials & newsletter).
• Develop administrative workflows and protocols to support the unit.
• Cleaning up and maintenance of other working databases that support the unit’s account management with partners.
• Collation of event participation by KidSTART Social Service Agencies.

Qualifications/Competencies

• A Diploma with at least 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience in the social service or non-profit sector;
• A keen interest in partnerships & volunteer management
• Meticulous and good with numbers
• Good IT and Microsoft skills (E.g. SalesForce, Microsoft Excel and etc
• Good written & verbal communication and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage the annual budget, ensuring adequate provisions for staff training, development, and operational needs.
• Support resource planning, risk management, business continuity, and strategic planning initiatives to drive institutional growth and resilience.
• Prepare and submit accurate monthly management accounts and ensure timely compliance with GST and FPS filing requirements.
• Monitor student fee collections in line with the revenue recognition policy and manage timely payments to ASRs, suppliers, and other third parties.
• Collaborate with the Company Secretary to ensure compliance with ACRA regulations and statutory obligations.
• Process payroll, verify staff claims, and manage student refunds efficiently and accurately.

Requirements:

• Bacherlor Degree in Finance or ACCA or Equivalent Qualifications.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Candidates with prior experience working in PEI or Education Industry preferred.
