Job Scope:

• Preparing contracts for external stakeholders (including maintenance contracts)
• Preparing budget for the medical centre
• Preparing presentations for internal/external stakeholders
• Liaising with internal stakeholders e.g. Finance, HR, IT
• Liaising with external stakeholders e.g. contractors, vendors, hospitals, dormitories, government agencies and landlord
• Participate in procuring various services for the medical centre
• Regularly processing and reviewing invoices, outsourced services and centre's licenses
• Data entry and consolidation
• Prepare and coordinate licensing and audits (MOH, NEA and MOM)
• Reporting officer of admin and operations team, overall in charge of rostering, staff development and appraisals
• Liaison person for research projects
• Preparing monthly workload statistics / dental reports
• Overseeing Primary Care Plan (PCP) onboarding and off-boarding

Job Requirements:

• Min. Degree in Business Administration or any relevant field
• Min. 3-5 years relevant experience in operations preferably healthcare

The Job:

• Enforce local procurement policies aligned with regional and group standards.
• Collaborate with Finance and Compliance to ensure Procure-to-Pay adherence.
• Educate stakeholders on procurement processes via training and communications.
• Partner with stakeholders to source projects across key categories (e.g., retail, marketing, IT, logistics).

The Client On-Boarding Specialist will be mainly responsible for conducting due diligence reviews for new accounts, and ongoing periodic customer reviews in line with MAS regulations, Group directives and local policies.

Primary Responsibilities:

Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Documentation Review:

• Conduct detailed reviews of new client applications and ensure all required documents are collected and verified.
• Perform periodic reviews of existing client accounts to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies.

Compliance and Regulatory Adherence:

• Ensure all onboarding processes align with Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) regulations, group directives, and local policies.
• Address deficiencies in CDD processes in collaboration with business teams and other stakeholders.

Account Opening Process:

Policy Updates and Ad-hoc Tasks:
