Position: Field Coach – Beauty Retail

Salary: $3,000 - $4,000 + AWS + Variable Bonus

Working Hours / Days: 5 days’ work week, 2 Rotating shifts, 10AM – 6PM, 12PM – 8PM

Driving retail sales and enhancing the customer experience by coaching and developing of Beauty Advisors. This role ensures Beauty Advisors have the product knowledge, sales skills, and service techniques needed to meet sales goals and provide outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Provide regular on-the-job coaching and training to Beauty Advisors on product knowledge, selling techniques, customer service, beauty techs consultation skills and service and make up skills.
• Facilitate group training sessions and workshops on new product launches, seasonal promotions, and brand initiatives.
• Plan and execute impactful in-store events and promotions to drive customer engagement and sales.
• Conduct regular store visits to observe, evaluate, and provide feedback on performance.
• Analyze sales and set Beauty Advisor/store goals and implement strategies to drive sales and market share growth.

Requirements:

• Possess a GCE “O” Level, Nitec, Diploma, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in cosmetic or skincare sales and training in the luxury retail brand.
• Strong coaching and mentoring skills with the ability to develop and motivate individuals.
• Proficiency in skincare/makeup artistry techniques and application.

Overview

The candidate must be an enthusiastic, proactive and motivated individual with real passion for new age digital transformation profession who would work closely with our Division Manager and (internal / external) stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of services.

To be successful in this role, one should possess the quality of a PMO professional who will have a proven track record in planning, coordination, and management of large-scale banking projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery. Key Area of Responsibilities (KAR):

Requirements:

• Extensive PMO experience in core banking projects, trade finance projects or corporate lending projects.
