ร Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations
ร Manage all necessary repair and maintenance issues
ร Shares knowledge of South Indian Vegetarian food and ensures good food quality.
ร Manage Catering orders and ensuring smooth flow in catering operations.
ร Implementing regular cleaning daily, weekly and monthly and doing regular follow-ups.
ร Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
ร Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
ร Regularly review product quality and research new vendors
ร Organize and supervise shifts
ร Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
ร Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products
ร Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
ร Manage restaurantโs good image and suggest ways to improve it
ร Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
ร Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses
ร Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events
ร Recommend ways to reach a broader audience (e.g. discounts and social media ads)
ร Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices
ร Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations
ร Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience
ร Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
