Job Description

• Serve as a trusted HR Business Partner, providing support and guidance to various business units.
• Execute HR operations including employee onboarding, offboarding, and lifecycle management.
• Support talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal HR policies.
• Handle HR administrative tasks such as payroll coordination, benefits management, and employee records maintenance.
• Collaborate with various departments to drive HR-related projects and initiatives.
• Address employee relations issues and provide HR advice to management.
