1. Facilities and Building Project Coordination and Management

• Manage the tender process (drafting of tender specification, participate in tender evaluation and recommendation etc)

• Liaise with inspector (QP. LEW etc) for inspection works such as PE licensing, lift, facilities certification, BCA, SCDF as required by the regulatory authority

Requirements:

• Possess at least a Degree in Building Management, Building Engineering, Science, Bioscience, Life Science or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience in facilities and building management of a biological environment such as biological research laboratory, clinical lab, hospital, GMP facilities or bio-containment facilities
• Good fundamental knowledge or experiences in managing biological laboratory facilities such as walk-in cold room, environmental chamber, scientific equipment and clinical facilities. Candidate with experience in managing GMP facilities or bio-containment would be an added advantage
• Experience in managing at least three medium scale projects (above S$100,000) on facilities or building renovation/upgrading works. Scope should include participated in tender processing, project coordination and management etc

Summary:

Collaborate actively in the development of engineering designs in the different phases: pre-design, basic engineering design and executive project of the PV Plants in coordination with local and corporate teams assuring the most optimized designs and the inclusion of all technical specifications in their most updated version to guarantee technical suitability and technical and economic efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Engineering Management

• Execution of the development of engineering and designs in the different stages: pre-design, basic, executive and tender project, supervise technical feasibility of those ones assuring EDPR technical standards and project specific conditions.
• Challenge Technical Standards applicability and verify and justify deviations from them, to assure the technical solvency and the technical-economic efficiency of the projects.
• Initiate and develop creative and innovative engineering processes.

Engineering Specialised Support

• Support the elaboration of the specifications for basic and executive projects; supervise the technical adequacy of them, ensuring the compliance with EDPR standard and other specific project restraining in close coordination with Corporate Areas.
• Provide specialized technical support in the tender processes and assists E&C teams and, if only indirectly, Purchasing Department in the adjudication negotiation to guarantee the best technical-economic conditions in the awarding.

Studies Coordination: Coordinate and validate with other Technical Support Units the execution of specific key studies (collector system, roads design, foundation design, noises, or others) for its integration in the engineering project, to minimize the risk associated to the construction process.

Providers and Supplier Management:: Establish relationships with the main suppliers and providers for the whole value chain in order to include the most efficient technical and economical options to the engineering designs for each site.

Common Standards: Assure the application of the common standards in the studies and projects, supervising its adaptation to applicable local regulation, to avoid non-justified deviations and maximize the investment efficiency with all the technical warranty needed. Detects the inconsistencies of EDPR standards to adapt them to company reality.

Company Policy and legal compliance: Understand and apply policies to prevent occupational hazards, environment and quality to ensure implementation and compliance on tasks under their responsibility.

EDP Renewables Interest Representations: Represent EDP Renewables to agencies and institutions, public and private, in matters relating to its jurisdiction to enforce the interests of EDPR.

• Degree in Electrical Engineering is required
• At least 8 years’ experience in planning, engineering and design of projects for PV Plants and/or BESS, substations and high voltages lines.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Schedule Management : Effectively manage and optimise the calendars of C-Suite executives, coordinating internal and external meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

2. Administrative Briefs : Prepare comprehensive and confidential administrative briefs, reports, and documentation for the C-Suite, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

3. Contract Management : Oversee the creation, execution, and management of NDAs and CDAs for scientific procurement and project requirements, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards.

4. Communication Liaison : Act as a central point of contact between C-Suite executives and various internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and responsiveness.

5. Develop meeting agendas : Organise, facilitate, and follow up on executive meetings, including preparing agendas, minutes, and action items.

6. Strategic Support : Assist in strategic projects, including research, data analysis, and providing insights to support decision-making.

7. Confidentiality : Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.

8. Team Collaboration : Collaborate with administrative teams to streamline processes and support cross-functional initiatives.

Requirements :

• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in executive support, scheduling for senior executives, and contract management
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in office software and scheduling tools (e.g. Microsoft Office)
• Strong problem-solving and decision making abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
• Prior experience in a similar role supporting C-Suite executives
• Project Management experience
• Familiarity with contract management software and legal documentation

Experts’ Community Specialist

The Experts Community Specialist assumes a central role in overseeing our regulatory expert group and fostering the growth of our online community of Regulatory professionals. Responsibilities include identifying and onboarding new experts, documenting their details, helping during the onboarding process, and conducting tasks like designing the tool (with our tech-team), analytics preparation, survey, and email design, and utilizing content management systems and various technical tools.

This is a thrilling opportunity that involves close collaboration with various stakeholders, including experts, the operations team, and the tech team, in order to enhance and refine our online platform. You will also closely collaborate with client-facing staff on tailor-made client projects and strategic recruitment endeavors aimed at promptly connecting RegAsk clients with the most relevant experts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Quickly and efficiently identify and establish consulting relationships with experts best suited to participate in our clients’ projects.
• Grow the RegAsk Experts Community by recruiting on a strategic/tactical mode, using referrals and other relationships like collaborating with the Marketing team to develop gated content (i.e., recruitment campaigns) for endorsing the engagement / recruitment process of experts.
• Consult with client-facing team members (sales, pre-sales, Project managers) to gauge clients’ needs and identifying and qualifying primary experts.
• Develop a working knowledge of RegAsk core industry coverage to improve project and product service quality.
• Work on other projects associated with building the RegAsk Experts Community
• Collaborate closely with the tech team to identify and implement the elements necessary for automating or seamlessly integrating expert profiles and management within the platform.
• Research and identify technical solutions for the experts’ community improvements.
• Support in drafting and enhancing standard operating procedures to streamline the process.
• Foster positive and productive interactions within the experts’ community while ensuring adherence to the business needs.
• Monitor and analyse community sentiment, feedback, and discussions to provide valuable insights and recommendations for improving community engagement strategies.

Requirements:

• Superior communication and interaction skills, including demonstrated oral, written and presentation abilities in a business-focused setting using a variety of communication channels (telephone, e-mail, in-person, etc.)
• Strong ability to problem solves and impeccable attention to detail.
• 1-3 years of experience, preferably in internet research, inside sales, head hunting, recruitment, market research or customer service.
• Confidence in making outbound cold calls.
• Minimum bachelor’s degrees from top-tier colleges or universities.
