Purpose of Position:

Service Manager – LCM is responsible to develop and implement processes, structures and competencies for care and grow activities for Tool Park Management Solutions to help our customers with effective management of their power tools and other asset with the ultimate purpose to achieve sustainable and productive growth.

Role Requirements

• Take full ownership for care and grow activities for our flagship Tool Park Management service offering for South- East Asia Pacific Region by developing and implementing structured LCM program
• Analyze and execute customer journey and lifecycle strategies to help drive business objectives for key customer segments
• Measure, track and provide recommendations based on data input & communication output effectiveness
• Develop & maintain contact strategy including targeting & opportunity identification
• Implement triggered lifecycle campaigns to further grow our Tool Park Management business with existing customers
• Ensure implementation of efficient back-office processes to enable scalability of care and grow activities
• Ongoingly develop competencies and train local Service Managers and Service Consultants
• Work collaboratively with key internal stakeholders to ensure lifecycle initiatives are commercially sound

Person Specification:

• Degree in business, marketing, or related discipline
• At least 5 years of experience in sales / business development and at least 3 years in service area
• Previous experience in product marketing or service offering is an added plus
• Strong proficiency in both written and spoken English
• Highly motivated, dynamic, comfortable in leading change and with entrepreneur spirit
• High output of work with attention to detail
• Ability to interpret data and understand complex analytics
• Experience in planning customer journeys across a range of scenarios and engagements
• Able to drive and influence other different departments to work together towards same direction with strong winning and high performing mindset

We are currently searching for a QA/QC Manager & NDT Level-III for our company .

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement quality control procedures and policies to ensure that products and services meet the required quality standards.

2. Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with quality control processes.

3. Manage and oversee the NDT activities, including the supervision of NDT technicians, ensuring that all testing is performed accurately and in accordance with industry standards.

4. Review and analyze test results, identify any deviations or non-conformities, and take appropriate corrective actions to address them.

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and procurement, to resolve quality-related issues and implement preventive measures.

6. Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on quality control processes, NDT techniques, and industry standards.

7. Stay updated with the latest developments in quality control methodologies, NDT techniques, and industry regulations, and implement best practices within the organization.

8. Prepare and maintain quality control documentation, including inspection reports, test records, and quality assurance procedures.

9. Participate in customer and regulatory audits, ensuring compliance with all quality control requirements and addressing any non-conformities.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.

2. Certified NDT Level-III in at least two NDT methods (e.g., ultrasonic testing, radiographic testing, magnetic particle testing).

3. Proven experience in quality control management, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering environment.

4. Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies, NDT techniques, and industry standards (e.g., ASME, API, ASTM).

5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address quality-related issues effectively.

6. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and train employees on quality control processes.

7. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality products and services.

Project Overview

We are seeking one or more Postdoctoral Associates, Research Engineers, or Research Scientists in social sciences or related fields to join a project on “Designing human-AI teams.” The project is part of a five-year research program on "Mens, Manus and Machina—How AI Empowers People, Institutions and Cities in Singapore (M3S)."

Successful applicants for this position will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge, interdisciplinary projects that aim to dramatically rethink how people and AI systems will work together in the future. To do this, the project seeks to build a strong scientific foundation for how AI can augment (as opposed to replace) humans.

One important goal of the project is to develop a rich taxonomy of activities that can be performed by human-AI teams. Like mapping the plants and animals on an unexplored continent, the work will involve cataloging many (a) activities and (b) possible human-computer processes for performing these activities.

To do this, we will develop knowledge bases that include (1) descriptions of many different types of activities and processes, and (2) classifications of these descriptions into taxonomies that range from very general types of activities to very specific ones.

Then, using these knowledge bases, we will develop AI tools to automatically generate promising ways of combining humans and AI systems to perform different tasks. In the long run, we believe these tools will help rapidly (a) identify use cases for new AI capabilities, (b) specify effective processes and task allocations to humans and computers in a given situation, and (c) identify innovative ways to combine people and AI to solve business and societal problems.

The T6 team is led by distinguished scholars, including Profs. Thomas Malone, Daniela Rus, and Abdullah Almaatouq from MIT; and Profs. Marcelo Ang and Bryan Low from the National University of Singapore; and will be assisted by Prof. Archan Misra from Singapore Management University.

• Developing descriptions of current or potential activities and processes based on techniques such as: interviews, surveys, field studies, ethnographic observations, and literature reviews.
• Making editorial decisions about what content to include in the knowledge base, how to present it clearly, and how to organize it in ways that are logical, comprehensive, widely understandable, intuitively appealing, and conceptually elegant.

• Experience in Advanced Packaging processes like Bump, TCB, Wafer to Wafer & Die to Wafer Hybrid Bonding, Advanced Substrates
• Customer focused - Strong business and commercial acumen with previous product leadership, management or marketing/sales experience. Experience dealing with Advanced Foundry and Memory customers a plus
• Proven Semiconductor equipment Product management experience with ability to develop and execute product strategies
