About the role

The Implementation Manager will be responsible for delivering customer focused solutions from requirements definition, building and integration, testing, go live and hand over to support functions. You will own the delivery of a portfolio of new and existing client projects and programmes through all of stages mentioned above.

You will work closely with colleagues, clients and third parties (issuers, schemes, card bureaus and suppliers) to document and agree requirements, document proposed configuration to meet those requirements, identify ways to phase delivery to aid the client in realising revenue, configure our platform accordingly, assist in their integration using Thredd infrastructure and API’s and test cards and products to ensure they work as expected.

About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to work directly with our largest and most strategic customers. You will be key to the success of our customers, driving adoption and ensuring they derive value from ChatGPT Enterprise and OpenAI API. Your responsibilities will include understanding customer needs and providing an excellent experience. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, Partnerships, and Engineering teams.
