Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the requirements management and product design of overseas securities trading products. Ensure high-quality completion of product-related tasks, including requirements research, analysis, prototyping, product documentation, requirement clarification, follow-up, and acceptance testing.
• Regularly track and analyze industry competitors, gather business feedback, identify user needs, and continuously optimize product features while assisting in driving product iteration and improvement.
• Collaborate and coordinate with multiple teams, including business, UI, technical, and testing teams, to follow up on requirement clarifications and development feedback. Responsible for product launch acceptance, issue tracking, and subsequent iterations.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree or master in Finance, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Possess at least 6 years of experience in internet finance product or mobile app client design and requirements analysis. Candidates with experience in product operations in securities firms or internet finance companies, or familiarity with mutual fund operations, are preferred.
• Proficient in using requirement management and product design tools such as Axure, Visio, and XMind. Demonstrates excellent product design capabilities, able to independently complete requirement analysis and interactive design prototypes, and possesses insights into the visual design and user experience of internet finance products.
• Strong communication and expression skills, clear logic, proactive, responsible, and able to handle pressure. Displays good project collaboration spirit.
• Proficient in Chinese and English (must).
