Requirements

• Possess O Level / Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing with at least 5 years of relevant experience in F & B industry will be an advantage
• Able to converse effectively in English and Mandarin to manage Mandarin speaking clients
• Self discplined, proactive and have strong sense of urgency
• Must be self-driven, dynamic, meticulous, creative and sales oriented
• Outgoing personality, highly motivated, independent individual and yet an inclusive team player

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full spectrum of human resource functions such as recruitment and hiring, manpower planning, compensation and benefits, manpower planning, learning and development, employer-employee relations and workplace safety.
• To develop and implement HR strategies and policies, ensure compliance with local laws and regulations and the company development needs;
• To ensure HR compliance in all areas and effective implementation of HR strategies aligned to the Institute’s business objectives.
• Formulates plans for the development of the company's organizational structure and personnel, and promote their implementation;
• Planning employee’s benefit plans to design and implement;
• Closely linked with the business department, organize regular inventory and internal talent assessment work;
• Administering the full spectrum of the payroll includes accurate and timely processing of payroll, CPF submission, income tax preparation and submission, reservists’ pay and all other claims, reconciliation of the monthly payroll reports, audit matters and all other payroll-related matters. Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned by the Management whenever required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management / Business or related discipline with at least 5 years of relevant HR experience, prefertable in the F&B industry
• Well-versed with the local Employment Act and other related employment guidelines/ regulations
• Leadership quality and ability to lead a team and supervise projects
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Job Description:

1. Plan, propose and implement marketing campaigns across online, offline and marketplace platforms

2. Assist the team in writing manuscripts, recording and editing videos and editing pictures. Conceptualise, design and provide copywriting for marketing collaterals

3. Manage various social media platforms and other marketing channels to build and enhance the company's brand awareness.

4. Maintain and improve the company's image, and promote the expansion of the company's sales market.

5. Able to take on ad hoc tasks and administrative work assigned by the company.

6. Perform other ad hoc duty as required

Job Requirements:

2. Familiar with the operation of major social media (Facebook, Instagram, Xiao Hong Shu, WeChat subscription account etc.)

3. Familiar with office software, clear logic, good writing skills, good at copywriting and sharing on social media, and good language expression skills.

4. Proficient in using various photo editing software such as Photoshop, and have strong video shooting and editing and picture editing capabilities.

5. Good aesthetic design ability, have their own creativity and ideas.

6. Serious and responsible work, creative thinking, good teamwork spirit and communication skills.

7. Able to work independently, those with food photography experience are preferred.
