• Ensure those bonds, warranties and guarantees required are obtained and submitted and/or retained in accordance with the Contract requirements.
• Review and agree sub-contractors’ interim payment certificates against works completed

This is a full time role for a Tele-Sales Manager located in City Hall. Our client offers the best hair loss treatment & solution for men & women. We are the leading hair centre in Singapore specialising in TCM-based solutions. You will be responsible for centered around telemarketing and sales, requiring you to achieve sales targets while maintaining high standards in call quality and operational efficiency. You’ll promote the company's services by making telemarketing calls to both existing and potential customers, using your knowledge of these services to engage effectively. A key part of the role involves recognizing opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell, boosting revenue through thoughtful recommendations. Converting company-provided leads into sales is another priority, requiring a proactive and persuasive approach. • Overseeing Full HR Functions: Lead and manage the entire spectrum of human resources operations.
• Talent Acquisition: Handle the full recruitment life cycle, from job postings and candidate sourcing to conducting interviews, managing offers, and onboarding new hires.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably with full-spectrum HR responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore's employment regulations and HR practices.
• Proficiency in both English and Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin-speaking associates.
• Excellent attention to detail, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
