Training Design of Training Development Project

Designing and aligning Learner-centric Pedagogies into each Training Development project – using an established templated framework, to meet the defined Learning Objectives.

Training Development work

• Development of new Lesson Plans (LPs) and review of existing LPs to incorporate/align with the latest Lesson Objectives, Content, and Methods of Instruction (MOI) required to meet the desired Training Outcomes.
• Development of new Lesson Materials (LMs) and review of existing LMs to align with revised LPs in terms of the Lesson Objectives, Content, and Methods of Instruction (MOI). New/reviewed LMs should be in digital/electronic form so that they can be loaded, archived, accessed, and transmitted on the Authority’s web-based Learning Management Systems (for online and classroom learning), and also be editable using software applications. LMs shall include (but not be limited to) the following

Project Management

• Manage and ensure the effective delivery of Training Development services to the clients. These include coordinating and scheduling the Training Developers to fulfil the planned and ad-hoc training development services as required by the Authority. The detailed coordination arrangement or Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) governing the program management shall be developed by the Contractor and approved by the Authority for implementation.

Requirements

• Diploma in Adult and Continuing Education (DACE) or equivalent
• Qualifications or certificates in Training Development or Instructional Design from WDA, NIE or an accredited training institution such as the Institute of Higher Learning (IHL), or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of education/training industry-related working experience.

Experience in the following areas:

• Developing a Lesson Plan (or equivalent) and drafting the document.

You will manage the preparation of financial statements, bank reconciliation, perform variance analysis, and liaise with banks, auditors and tax agents. You will also support in cashflow management, review sales & purchase transactions, continually explore ways to improve processes and support in system implementation initiative.

Responsibilities

• Allocation of work and deployment of Staff
• Verification of timely and proper opening and closing of job cards
• Enforcing quality through Supervision of work and stage inspections.
• Ensuringthe availability of tools and materials
• Prepare job schedule for the workshop.
• Ensure punctuality in attendance, discipline, and also presence of workers at the work spot during duty hours.

• Ensure proper upkeep and safety of Railway’s assets - both immovable and movable.
• Ensure cleanliness of work premises and ensure good housekeeping by eliminating trash, filth, and foreign matters creating a cleaner workplace. Inculcate cleaning as a form of inspection and establish clean-up time every day.
• Ensure correct handling of material so that damage does not occur due to mishandling.
• Managing workshop progress schedule/planning

• Knowledge of fabrication for both thermoplastic and steel fabrication
• Product QA/QC check for both thermoplastic and steel fabrication

Requirements

• • Candidate must possess at least a secondary/Higher secondary /or any other SQ qualification on a related field.
• At least 5 year(s) of workshop supervisor experience.

Job Description:

Oversee all warehouse activities, including the receiving, storage, picking, packing and shipping of goods.

Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely delivery of goods to customers and suppliers.

Monitor inventory levels and implement appropriate strategies to minimize stock-outs and excess inventory.

Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Trains and supervises warehouse employees, providing guidance and support to ensure high levels of productivity and accuracy.

Maintain a safe working environment and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations.

Utilize warehouse management systems (MILLION) and other technology tools to track and monitor inventory levels, orders, and shipments.

Job Requirements:

Extensive experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar position with at least 1 year of Warehouse Operations experience.
