Job Description & Requirements
General Responsibilities
· Oversee and manage all outlets, ensure the smooth operations of the business by identifying issues, and resolving them in timely manner.
· Manage multiple outlets and teams and ensure that all outlets are being operated efficiently and effectively
· Shortlist & interview candidates. Propose assignment of outlets and conduct in house training for staff
· Review preventive and maintenance care by staff, supervise the equipment warranty records.
· Develop employees by providing ongoing feedback, establishing performance expectations and by conducting performance reviews
· Adhere to company standard and service level, recommend cost cutting measures and monitoring of manpower cost
· Implement Processes & workflow on the profitability and operating condition of the company, identity areas to improve quality, control measures, efficient and productivity
· Monitor employee performance and participate in annual employee Performance bonus
Requirements:
· Restaurant operations management: 2 years (Preferred)
· The incumbent is expected to have proven track record and work experience in a similar capacity. He / She should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, be energetic, proactive, self-driven and highly motivated in the driving of business for the restaurant. Good interpersonal skills and computer skills in Word and Excel would be essential.
· Strong interpersonal skills to interact with the employees, customers and regulatory authorities

Salary: $3,500.00 - $4,500.00 per month
