• Handle employee queries related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits, ensuring timely and accurate responses
• Maintain accurate employee records and update the HR database with all relevant personnel information
• Assist with the administration of compensation, benefits, and performance management systems
• Coordinate training and development programs for employees to enhance their skills and performance
• Handle disciplinary matters and employee grievances, ensuring all issues are managed fairly and in line with company policies
• Prepare and process HR documents such as employment contracts, termination letters, and other administrative forms
• Monitor and maintain compliance with labour laws and company policies to ensure a safe and lawful workplace
• Organize employee engagement activities to promote a positive working environment and strengthen team cohesion

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma and above
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage various HR functions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality
• Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to handling HR issues
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
