• Oversee and manage major maintenance projects, renovations, and facility upgrades.

Communication and Coordination:

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, tenants, and relevant agencies.

• Coordinate and collaborate with other departments and teams as needed.

Continuous Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.

Work Experience:

Minimum 5 – 10 years of proven experience in managing operations within either a social work, Voluntary Welfare Organization (VWO), or non-profit organization.

Educational Background:

Possession of a general degree, providing a solid foundation for the role.

Availability:

Willing and able to work on weekends and public holidays, demonstrating flexibility and commitment to the organization's mission.

Responsibilities:

• Manage team of beauticians and spa therapists
• Leading outlet to achieve sales target
• Provide professional consultation and advice customers on suitable beauty products and treatments
• Handling customer complaints, motivate staff morale, provide guidance to staff
• Handle customer enquiries
• Ensure good customer experience and service standard

Requirements:

• Sales experience is a must
• Preferably with 2 years of proven relevant working experience in beauty industry for example: Beauty Manager, Shop Manager, Spa Manager
• Experienced beauticians and consultants interested in management position but without management experience are also encouraged to apply
• Proven sales track record
• Well groomed with a friendly personality.
• Good communications and interpersonal skills, and service attitude.
• Effectively bilingual
• Able to start work with short notice
