Responsibilities:

• Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
• Coordinate employee training and development programs
• Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration
