The ideal Candidate will be graduated such as Master’s degree, 8+ years of experience within a Sales Management / Operations / General Management role within international company. High commercial and strategic acumen; logical and quick thinking, with a first rate attention to detail, very strong numerical and analytical ability. Huge knowledges in the import dairy products scope.
The candidate should be a very good team leader, entrepreneurial in nature, ambitious, pro-active, curious, reliable with sense of observation. To succeed in this role you must like to work with autonomy and you must show a high sense of responsibilities and commitment, honesty and Loyalty, working with team spirit.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
1 – JOB TITLE AND RESPONSIBILITY:
- Job title: COUNTRY MANAGER
- Core responsibilities: achievement of commercial objectives in accordance with the commercial strategy developed with its management.
2 –LEVEL:
2.1 Reporting links:
- Reporting to (L+1): General Manager South East Asia
- Responsible for (L-1): Team based in Singapore office (Accounting, Sales and Customer Service)
2.2 Main operational links internally:
Divisional support services and Group central services.
3 – MISSIONS:
The employee shall perform the said job with the following roles :
‐ Prepare long‐term and annual plans of operations and development of his organizational unit,
‐Organize and manage the activity of his organizational unit in accordance with operating budgets,
‐Implement all prescribed HR processes in the Company,
‐Submit reports about the achieved results against the annual plan of work and results,
‐Implement all relevant standard operating procedures,
‐Carry out any additional task needed for achieving his role in the Company.
The Employee shall be responsible for:
‐Defining and performance of the annual budget of his organizational unit,
‐Successful performance of functions of country manager
‐Defining the strategy & brand development
‐Defining & implementation of the commercial policy
‐Implement measures to reach the targets set in terms of volume, turnover & cash flow
‐Optimizing requirement for working capital
‐Management of assets used by his organizational
‐Productivity and cost‐effectiveness of his organizational unit,
‐Occupational safety in his organizational unit,
‐Disturbances in the business process in his organizational unit,
‐Optimum use of human resources in the Company,
‐Organization and supervision of the enforcement of decisions in his organizational unit,
‐Enforcement of all rules, legal acts, statutory regulations and other decisions of the Company in his organizational unit,
‐Organizing and undertaking all necessary activities for the ordinary functioning of his organizational unit,
‐Meeting his organizational unit KPIs (vol, 2NTO,MC,%OH, TM/MKG investment, CF, Free Cash Flow)
