THE TEAM

The Commodities Bulks Trading desk is responsible for making markets in a variety of bulks products – Iron ore/Steel/Bulk Freight/Coking coal. On a day-to-day basis, team members will be expected to price and execute derivatives transactions, stay connected with market events across commodity markets, and work with the wider team to build the overall business.

Key responsibilities

Support projects for International & Trading & Shipping

• Support Project Specialist in managing initiatives through the project life cycle and translate strategy into project implementation. This includes planning and coordinating required resources, management of change execution and business case development to progress projects through each phase. Initiatives will require input from a broad range of teams within Ampol. Engagement with these teams including the ability to influence, will play an important part in the success of this role.
