Responsibilities

• Work with the wider IT Team to provide first class technical support to Merlin offices and attractions within region
• Promotion of the IT Service Desk to encourage adoption across the business as the single point of contact
• Consulting and advising users of all levels across Singapore and the APAC region
• Promote Continual Service Improvement and follow through with initiatives
• Promote and advocate security and governance policies
• Ensure IT standards are maintained and promoted across all IT disciplines.
• Ability to problem solve on more complex incidents and requests. Assisting with the coordination and resolution of major incidents.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience in 1st or 2nd line technical support
• Must have experience with supporting Point of Sale Systems in Retail, F&B, Hotel and Ticketing such as Simphony, Opera, Accesso
• Field engineer experience is desirable
• ITIL Foundation
• Network support experience
• A Microsoft or Cisco based certification is desirable
• Technical skills – Troubleshooting, Windows 10/11, Office 365, Microsoft Cloud/Endpoint Manager, Apple, Android, Cisco Networking, Juniper Mist, Point of Sale (POS), Oracle, Digital signage, Kiosks, Ticketing System

Senior Finance Analyst

Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly analytical Financial Analyst to join our finance team. Duties & Responsibilities

Investment Work:
