Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct behavioural assessments, including functional analyses, and develop individualized treatment plans.
2. Implement, monitor, and adjust ABA therapy programs to meet the needs of clients.
3. Provide training and supervision to ABA therapists and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
4. Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure a cohesive and effective intervention strategy.
5. Collect data and maintain accurate client records to track progress and outcomes.
6. Adhere to ethical standards and guidelines as set forth by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).

Qualifications

1. Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the BACB.
2. A minimum of two years of experience working with children with ASD and other developmental disorders.
3. Strong understanding of ABA principles, evidence-based practices, and behaviour change procedures.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on collaborating with team members and families.
5. Proficient in data analysis and report writing.

Responsibilities:

• To lead and drive the requirements gathering process.

• Very strong in SQL

- Design and implement integration solutions for various physical security systems, including access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, video analytics and alarm systems

- Ability to understand and address customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions

- Collaborate with product teams to address specific customer needs and feedback

- Design and propose security technology solutions tailored to different verticals

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope
