Key Responsibilities

1. Support team lead and management to drive strategic growth

· Coordinate and project manage team’s strategic initiatives & business planning activities

· Develop internal communication materials for management updates and liaise with key internal stakeholders within DKSH PS, country leadership teams and BU senior leadership team to achieve BU objectives

· Run regular analysis of PS financials and other leading/ lagging performance metrics (BD, operations, marketing, etc.)

· Run regular analysis of external and internal information to identify opportunities for developing the business

2. Lead community building efforts to foster engagement and growth

· Proactively support community-building within Patient Solutions network (region & countries)

· Initiate activities to help engage region and country PS teams with the larger Organization within the HEC BU alongside Team Lead & Country Leads

· Manage and maintain the DKSH Patient Solutions SharePoint site effectively

3. Drive marketing & communications using analytics to enhance brand reach

· Manage DKSH Patient Solutions website & social media platforms (e.g. LinkedIn/ YouTube pages, website, etc.) and internal/ external email campaigns

· Research and develop a variety of content (testimonies, infographics, articles, newsletters, etc.) for internal & external communication

· Develop and manage advertising campaigns, utilizing A/B testing to optimize performance and effectiveness

· Develop and maintain dashboards to support marketing activities based on Google Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics, YouTube Analytics etc.

· Organise external Healthcare-related events and webinars

· Implement RPA solutions to improve productivity

• Define and implement the Enterprise InfoSec (IS) landscape and roadmap;

What is your mission?

You’ll help us deliver excellent service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

• Resource planning and fulfilment of billing hours for outbound (80%) and inbound (20%) sales model. Adoption and communication of global scheduling guidelines to appropriate stakeholders.
• Creation and optimization of schedule shells, allocating productive time based on interval level staffing needs, following region specific labor laws. Appropriate distribution of programmed shrinkage (activity codes) to guarantee the accuracy of projections related to productive staffing commitment.
• Provide visibility and reporting capabilities of main KPIs related to scheduling functions such as projected interval compliance, and bidding completion. Create data models to forecast long/short term business volume, set up multi-dimension capacity models & plans and determine the optimum one by balancing customer experience, employee experience and cost effectiveness, contributing to consistently achieved SLA goals.
• Design different shifts for the sites and make schedule plan ensuring no violation of local labor laws and regulations; manage day-to-day production of sites, closely coordinate with operation team and adjust shift plan quickly and effectively, in case of unexpected rises in moderation volumes or absenteeism.
• Work as the Point of Contact to provide ad-hoc and regular support to stakeholders such as policy team, product & system BP, sales team, sales management team and etc.
• Advise on staffing needs and performance issues impacting service levels to the WFM lead in a timely manner. Ensures staff optimization, sets goals and objectives, maintains employee records and facilitates effective communication among workers.

Job Summary

Seeking IT Security professional with a keen interest in Information Technology (IT) Governance, Risk and Compliance to enable cyber resilience and information security for mission critical systems.
The individual will be responsible to conduct cyber risk assessment in support of technology initiatives to help identify IT related risk and determines appropriate controls to mitigate risks.

Mandatory Skill-set

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Security or Information Systems;
• At least 2-3 years of experience in IT security space with a strong experience in IT GRC ( Governance, Risk and Compliance ) related functions;
• Deep knowledge and understanding of internal controls, security frameworks, risk management and IT governance, auditing techniques and methodologies;
• Good knowledge of enterprise IT systems and components (applications, operating systems, databases, networks, cloud, DevOps;
• Knowledgeable in using various cyber security monitoring and analysis tools and techniques depending on the organization's needs and requirements;
• Familiar with cyber security standards, protocols and frameworks such as NIST CSF, CIS, PDPA;
• Strong in analytical thinking with attention to detail;
• Excellent communication and inter personal skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert on IT Governance, Risk management and Compliance (GRC) and related policies and procedures;
• Responsible for documenting methodologies and tools to mitigate information security or cyber risk;
• Prepare reports for information security or cyber risk related reporting, threat awareness and security awareness reports;
• Conduct compliance assessments and tracking the overall compliance health in relation to IT governance standards and procedures in compliance with regulatory requirements;
• Recommend corrective actions or appropriate security controls to mitigate technical risk;
• Continuously identify GRC Key risk indicators (KRI) and maintain IT Risk Register;
• Assist in the development of policies for conducting cyber security risk assessments and compliance audits;
• Formulate governance procedures for documenting and updating security policy, standards, guidelines and procedures;
• Perform information security or cyber risk assessment activities and assess third party security controls and internal security systems;
• Establish scope of risk analysis for new technology initiatives;
• Keep abreast of the dynamic cyber threat landscape and identify opportunities for enhancement of IT risk processes;
• Provide regular updates on the overall health of compliance, criticality assessment, audit findings, remediation and action plans.

Responsibilities

• Perform AML monitoring/review on Trade post-transaction files.
• Review/investigate Trade manual screening alerts and red flag escalated by trade processing team for potential sanction violations in accordance with SMBC policies.
• Ensure that review and investigation conclusions are adequately and properly documented for regulatory/audit level review.
• Coordinate and/or prepare the required management information reporting data as applicable
• Perform daily name screening alert clearance
• Investigate and report discrepancies and irregularities arising from transactions, system failure, etc and resolve issues including handling stakeholder’s complaints and escalating all issues to Group Head / Deputy Group Head promptly.
• Other tasks as assigned by Group Head / Team Lead
• Regular update of Procedures and Manuals to ensure the group operations is in accordance to SMBC policies, audit comments and in compliance to local as well as related overseas law and regulations
• Contribute in key initiatives and other ad hoc projects as needed

• Bachelors degree

• Possesses knowledge of MAS regulation on AML and Sanctions requirements including KYC, Screening
