Responsibilities:

• Track project progress, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate reports on project status, milestones, and outcomes. This helps in evaluating project performance, identifying areas for improvement, and providing timely information to stakeholders.
• Maintain Project Status Registry for MSO projects and provide the necessary reporting to management including escalation
• Support the risk and issue management processes, ensuring potential risks and issues are identified, assessed, and mitigated throughout the project lifecycle. This includes developing risk management strategies, monitoring risk factors, and implementing contingency plans to minimize project disruptions.
• Establish effective communication channels with project stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and executive leadership. This involves providing regular project updates, facilitating collaboration, and addressing stakeholder concerns to ensure alignment and transparency.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO and across projects by analyzing project data, identifying process bottlenecks, and implementing enhancements to increase project success rates and efficiency.
• Foster a collaborative and results-oriented culture within MSO, promoting professional growth and maintaining high standards of project management excellence.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or related disciplines with at least 3-5 years of relevant PMO experience.
• Demonstrated experience in supporting PMs in managing and delivering systems in complex information exchange environments (in the health care industry would be an advantage).
• Demonstrated consistent program management skills, including ability to apply analytical and problem-solving skills, to effectively manage project status.
• Good communication, consultation, negotiation and advocacy skills and a proven ability to establish and cultivate relationships with a variety of key stakeholders.

Team Summary

Billing Operations is responsible for managing the various billing related systems and ensuring all transactions are processed in a timely and accurate manner.

Another key deliverable is to identify opportunities for process improvements to increase efficiency and/or reduce errors in the various billing processes.

What a Financial Analyst does at Visa:

This role is responsible for all aspects of the clients billing and accounting activities, ensuring timeliness, accuracy of inputs/outputs relating to member billing activities. This hands-on role requires good accounting background, data management/ queries skills (e.g. Microsoft PowerQuery), and take a solutions-oriented approach.

• Manages the manual billing operations for Products.
• Perform ongoing reviews of billing process and controls to mitigate the risks of potential billing errors.
• Contribute to continuous enhancements to increase value add and process simplifications
• Establish and maintains relationships across a broad base of stakeholders and serves as a key point of contact for Billing Ops issues
• Analyze newly executed contracts to assess appropriate billing and accounting implications
• Perform setup in the Billing (VGBP) system and all its related databases
• Response to billing related inquiries, data requests and issues resolutions
• Support the wider Billing Ops team as needed
• Support ad-hoc analysis and projects, as needed
