3. 丰富的交易金融经验，熟悉各类常规交易技术、交易机制和交易产品，能够独立分析交易心理和交易过程，还原用户的交易行为，对交易机制和交易产品的底层金融方面有一定的了解;
4. 熟悉交易财务风险，熟悉各种风险类型和处置方法，具有较高的风险控制理论基础，对风险敏感并能及时处理;
5. 具有较强的数理统计和分析能力，熟悉交易指标，能够从各种场景获取数据并进行分析总结;

Software Requirements:

• Proficient in requirement analysis, effort estimation, and application solution design for Cards Core Issuing and acquiring processes.
