• Proactively detect problems related to service and infrastructure operations and delivery services, conduct diagnostics and provide service request ownership to ensure resolution of customer problems
• Support the senior team members in the management, reporting, and coordination of day-day tasks during the absence of the Lead Engineer

• To provide onsite support to Users during the cutover of the services

EXPERIENCE:

• Degree or equivalent Diploma / Certificate in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years experience in the network, and/or application/system support domain.
• Must have dealt directly with external customers delivering to SLAs.

Profile Summary:

The Senior Systems Engineer supports security systems and operations administration, monitoring and maintenance. Monitors security alerts and events. Collects and documents contextual information based on established practices and supports the preparation and publishing of security advisories. Qualifications:

• 7-10 years of experience working in a security team
• Deep experience in deploying application-based firewalls (Palo Alto or similar) on premises or in cloud services (Prisma, Zscaler or similar), and SSL inspection techniques
• Proficiency in multiple security technologies, including; network security, NGFW, NAC, network segmentation, network security architecture
• Experience working with industry standard endpoint security products (Antivirus, DLP, Application control, EDR)
• Experience with common scanning tools, such as Tenable, Qualys or similar
• Solid knowledge and working experience with Layer 2-7 protocols and technologies
• knowledge and troubleshooting experience with routing, security protocols, ACLs, Firewalls, WAF, and Intrusion Prevention Systems
