The successful incumbent will Assistant Director, Operations / Lead Reintegration Mentor in ensuring the smooth running of the daily operations at Selarang Halfway House (SHWH) or future new site at Cosford and is responsible for the safety and welfare of the residents and the overall security of the Halfway House premises. Responsibilities:

• Participate in the design, implementation, customization and validation of Android mobile applications within the R&D project team structure in accordance with institutionalized processes and delivery standards
• Provide technical risk analysis, threat identification and countermeasure recommendations to business requirements
• Participate in the design and development of mobile applications and libraries
• Responsible for security reviews of mobile applications, identifying security risks and ensuring that security standards and policies are followed, and relevant countermeasure is in place
• Contribute to the improvement of existing technology platform / baseline and development methodology through prototyping and patent proposal

Requirements:

• Proficient in applied cryptography, proven ability to do security review of mobile applications to assess threat scenarios
• Minimum 2 years experience in the field of Information Security, with at least 5 years’ experience on mobile development
• Strong knowledge of mobile application development in Android
• Proficient in native development, comfortable in performing binary reverse engineering, debug and tracking.
