Your responsibilities will include:

Governance and Audits

• Establish and maintain a robust GRC framework, reinforcing ITS information security controls and service management processes to optimize IT service quality and compliance with organizational and user requirements.
• Develop and execute comprehensive information security risk assessments, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements such as SOX ITGC, ISO 27001, MAS OSPAR, ACRA, and ISQM1.
• Actively contribute to Enterprise Risk Management efforts, participate in Information Protection Control Reviews (IPCR), and support IT-related personal data protection activities, collaborating with pertinent departments to formulate necessary policies and action plans.
• Monitor adherence to the organization's security policies, standards, and procedures among ITS staff, contractors, and other third parties, and enforce corrective measures as needed.
• Identify, assess, and document non-conformities with KPMG policies and relevant standards, ensuring timely remediation and compliance with organizational security policies and regulatory mandates.
• Supervise and mentor ITS personnel in GRC activities and ITS service management process mapping, providing necessary training and guidance.

IT Service Management (SMS) and Information Security Management System (ISMS) Maturity

• Lead initiatives to enhance IT Service Management System (SMS) and Information Security Management System (ISMS) maturity within the Information Technology Services (ITS) department, focusing on process optimization and alignment with ITS strategic objectives.
• Create and implement quality assurance protocols, performance metrics, and testing procedures to evaluate the maturity of information system processing.
• Conduct periodic evaluations of ITS internal processes, performance indicators, and metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
• Gather and analyze data to pinpoint improvement opportunities within ITS operations and infrastructure.
• Undertake proactive and preventive maintenance for ITS service management processes and information systems.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Risk Management, Law, or related fields.
• A minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience in governance, risk management, internal controls, external audit, internal audit, or process improvement.
• Experience in Big 4 firms, Fintech, or the Financial Services industry is a plus.

Job responsibilities

Coordination with stakeholders relevant to new Information Security System

• Coordinate with APAC stakeholders on general planning & logistic matters (such as meeting scheduling, explaining background of the initiative and prepare meeting minutes post meeting with stakeholders)
• Coordinate with APAC stakeholders to distribute relevant documentation, survey and follow up with stakeholders on a timely manner for submission.
• Ensure completeness of documentation and/or survey submitted by the stakeholders, and conduct necessary follow-ups on any insufficient information identified.

Respond to queries from stakeholders pertaining to new Information Security System

• Observe and learn the basic functionality and workflows of new Information Security System.
• Provide thorough and timely response towards APAC stakeholders pertaining to Information Security System governance matters.
• Assist Direct Manager on Governance Operations activity such as conducting analysis on data generated from the system to identify any trends.
• Support the DLP team on end-to-end collaboration matters with all relevant stakeholders.

• Continuous learning to enhance knowledge on targeted new Information System environment with guidance from Direct Manager.

· Follow emergency response guidelines, protocols, hierarchy/ reporting structure as indicated by SWM ERT procedure, take specific and appropriate actions as a security guard in the event of any emergency, remain vigilant and ready for next steps, maintaining communication with the emergency response team, the management team and/ or SCDF (where appropriate and assigned by a SWM management team member)

Security Officer (SO)

Position Summary:

Ensure, manage and maintain a high security standard on the overall safety and security of the premises as well as the car parking system and account for the car park revenue. Provides investigation lead into losses, theft and other criminal activities. Advises on crisis, risk & safety management.

Primary Responsibilities:

Security & Safety

• Ensure that the Hotel is a secure and safe environment for guests, visitors and associates
• Reviews all security measures and procedures on a regular basis to ensure high security standard in the Hotel
• Develop and implement security policies, protocols and procedures
• Plan and coordinate security operations for specific events
• Coordinate the CERT team when responding to emergencies and alarm activations
• To act as a representative for the Hotel in liaising with Government law enforcement agencies affecting Security and Safety
• To carry out investigations of security incidents including thefts and losses in the Hotel and submit reports to the General Manager
• To ensure proper control of keys kept at the KMS (Key Management System) for emergency purposes or for daily draw-down and return by various users
• To lead and be responsible for the Hotel in complying with the Workplace Safety & Health Act and any of its subsidiary regulation
• To assist the Fire Safety Manager in monitoring compliance to the Fire Safety Act and any regulations imposed by the Fire Safety Bureau
