Main tasks

• Maintain timely deliverable and accuracy of all critical business reporting and dashboards.
• Collaborate with the different business departments to understand analytical needs and translate them into data requirements with clearly defined data metrics and definitions.
• Coordinate and work with analytics team to optimize the data flow and automate various data sources.
• Day-to-day interaction with dashboard, CRM, and other database on data investigation to track performance of specific business needs.
• Create value for RMS APAC by translating all the data insights to help in making informed marketing, sales, and business strategies.
• Work with local and global analytics teams to drive digital transformation, training, and adoption of solutions.
• Work closely with management to prioritize and do insights generation using data mining and other data manipulation skills.
• Lead ad hoc projects to optimize processes and/or improve the quality of the database.

Skills

• Strong analytical skills, capable of using data analytics to drive business insights and execution
• Experience in solving the business problems by analytical method (modelling, visualization, graph analysis)
• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI reporting platform)
• Knowledge of Salesforce, CRM, Python would be advantageous
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, especially in PowerPoint & Excel
• Strong communication skill
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders

The QC Analyst is responsible to execute testing, sampling and inspection procedures on raw materials, equipment, in-process materials, and/or finished products to ensure that product specifications and company and regulatory requirements are met.

This position is part of the Quality Control Department reporting to the QC Manager and will be located in Benoi, Singapore.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Carry out day-to-day testing including preparation of standards and samples and escalating the failed and risky products.

The essential requirements of the job include:

As a Supply Planning Analyst, your primary responsibility will be managing supply planning and inventory for various channels. You will be expected to maintain optimum stock levels, ensuring they are optimised within budget and meet market forecast requirements without excessive inventory risk exposure. Your role will also involve identifying service level improvement opportunities, maintaining SKU data, participating in demand review meetings, preparing monthly reports, and contributing to digital transformation projects.
