What does a Head of Product do?

• Supports GPS in the generation of documentation such as CENs and BKMs. Creates and reviews documentation covering technical improvements, system upgrades, and support plans. Presents at customer level. Ensures field implementation.

• You’ll bring strong business development experience and commercial acumen required to unlock all the partnerships, commercial opportunities and distribution to take this venture to scale
• You’ll understand taking SaaS into highly technical, traditional industries such as maritime, supply chain and logistics and others. You understand sales cycles and how decisions are made in these environments. 
• You’ll be customer obsessed, looking to immerse yourself ASAP within this value chain and use your effective skills of pattern recognition to further develop a unique solution in this space
• You have a strong grasp of breakthrough technologies and have proven experience working with a CTO / Technical Co-Founder and highly technical teams to create best-in-class products and customer experiences.

• Deep technical knowledge and domain insights, with a focus on cutting edge, breakthrough solutions including AI and NLP & LLMs
