Job Requirements

Reporting into the Senior Director, IDL Strategy, Alignment & Planning, this role is responsible for leading strategy and driving alignment across all four Business Units in the IDL Segment, as well as at the IDL Segment leadership level.

• Provide Service Operations support to internal and external customers in accordance with the terms of the customer contract and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

The staff’s primary responsibility is to develop and implement a strategic and effective framework for providing access to the information of the Gallery’s collection of artwork to both internal and external parties, thereby, generating a greater awareness and understanding of the collection.
