• Drive the implementation of NCS cybersecurity, data protection, and privacy policies, standards and processes within the practice. You will work to continually improve the security posture of projects through proactive risk management and the establishment of a broad range of cybersecurity controls
• Provide direct support to colleagues to ensure cybersecurity is addressed throughout the engagement delivery lifecycle, from infrastructure and security tooling choices to the secure storage, processing and deletion of client data.
• Act as a single point of contact and escalation for the SOC, Threat Intel and Crisis Response teams for practice-related cybersecurity incidents, ensuring timely identification, remediation and lessons learned.
• Manage the security SLA governance and provide practice-level cybersecurity reporting, metrics and forecasting to leadership.
• Responsible for information security, data protection, privacy, GRC, and audit requests for the practice, acting as single point of contact on relevant client security assessment and audits execution. Eg. independent third-party attestations of industry cybersecurity standards and certifications, such as ISO 27001, SOC 2 for practice-specific solutions and products
• Contribute to the definition of the client specific security baseline. Consult and advise internal and external clients about security topics and support the opportunity management process by providing subject matter expertise and support
• Help win client business by providing cybersecurity assurance to RFIs, RFPs, proposals, contract drafting, security questionnaires, workshops and other client due diligence processes

Job Summary

Responsible for Inbound and Outbound day-to-day activities of the Purchasing and Stock Transfer Order with the aim of providing effective support and ensuring all business processes are performed according to company policies, procedures and in alignment with the business strategies and objectives.

Job Description

1. SAP system support and maintenance

• Create and maintain material master, vendor master, info records in SAP

• Create and maintain vendor material pricing in SAP

2. Order Fulfillment

• Review MRP proposal for Singapore T&I Sales offices and place purchase orders to respective vendors.

• Handle all enquiries on products, price, availability & lead-time

• Liaise with vender to get order confirmation with shipment date and arrangements importation ensures correct reflection of order availability on SAP.

• Liaise with freight forwarder for a reasonable quote rate and to proceed the shipment via Air/Sea/Courier at the right time.

• Review and prepare inbound data & documentation, perform shipping notification and cost planning

• Co-ordinate closely with warehouse personnel to ensure that orders are shipped on time with the right quantity and quality.

• Follow up and resolve shipment discrepancy and proceed claim according to procedures with vender

• Manage vender performance such as order availability, shipment reliability, shipment accuracy

3. Inventory Management

• Review and propose stock level on a quarterly basis with product owner.

• Monitor inventory level and consumption history to identify

• Slow moving or obsolete products – review ROP to avoid stock obsolescence

• Fast Moving products – ensure no stock-out

• Ensure that stock value and stock obsolescence fall within agreed limit set by management

• Keep track of Consignment/Loan/Rental units

• Keep track of forecast, demand & delivery schedule requirements

• Prepares Inventory report such as stock level, stock turns, stock obsolescence etc.

4. Stock Transfer Order

• Proceed stock transfer from AB3 to AB1, issuing ZUB PO to AB3, coordinate with Warehouse personal for GR

5. Order Issuing

• Issuing stock from AB1 to AB3 and other Inter Companies enquires for all export activities.

6. Vender Consignment

• Perform Inbound & Outbound (Interco & Consignment customers) activities

• Consignment Stock Procurement

• Direct Shipment urgent enquiry procurement

• Products cannibalization (OGIRF Form)

• Monitoring consignment stock status and transferring

• Liaise with vender, acquire invoice and reconciliation

7. Vender Sourcing

• Perform vetting and selecting vendors for nonstrategic products and services procurement for AB1 and AB3

8. Other Administrative matters

• Assists in annual external audit and internal audit support.

• Back up as Logistics Administrator

• Assist warehouse supervisor in stock take activities

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline with at least 2 years of experience in Logistics / Supply Chain

• SAP knowledge and application in Material Management module mandatory

• Contractual role for 7 months - Must be able to fulfil the 7 months

• Proficient in MS Office applications preferred

Institute for Pedagogical Innovation, Research & Excellence (InsPIRE) is a collaborative entity within the Nanyang Technological University (NTU) with a mission to unite various entities and foster a culture of excellence in teaching and learning.

InsPIRE is seeking a Research Associate to work with NTU faculty staff in the development of simulations, 3D visualization (such as AR / VR) and computer games for education purposes, particularly for Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths. This is to augment to NTU’s efforts in advancing the use of education technology in teaching and learning. The incumbent will also work with faculty staff to promote the use of EdTech tools, to develop and conduct education research studies, publications and other administration related to academic matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct surveillance of education technology, identifying those that can be used for education purposes, particularly for courses pertaining to disciplines in Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths.
• Work together with faculty and lead in the development of simulations / 3D visualization that can be incorporated pedagogically into STEM courses.
• Development of computer simulations (using Matlab, Solidworks, SIMPHY, COMSOL etc) for education. The focus will be on simulations that can be distributed for student use.
• Development of AR / VR / 360 video content for the purposes of teaching and learning
• Development of educational computer games for the purposes of teaching and learning
• Conduct simple studies on the effectiveness of technology on learning
• Inform and work with faculty staff to promote the use of education technology
• Develop prototype applications of simulations, AR/VR, gaming in courses that can be easily adapted for courses
• Develop the workflow for the incorporation of new education technology into courses
• Develop and conduct education research studies
• Provide support in communications, publications and administration related to academic matters, including working with other departments such as the cybersecurity team, legal office in this area

Job Requirements:

• Masters from a recognized university
• Knowledge of education technology, simulation (such as Matlab, Solidworks, SIMPHY, COMSOL), AR/VR and education gaming tools (such as Unity)
• Pedagogical knowledge of teaching and learning
• Teaching experience in a tertiary institution
• Strong planning and organization skills
• Excellent team player with demonstrated ability to work independently
• Demonstrate initiative, adaptability and creative problem-solving
• Strong analytical, verbal and written communication skills
